VoiceChess version 0.0.1

This is first compiling version of VoiceChess. Currently it only compiles and writes single message to the console. This post marks the beginning of the development of this application, and further post will mark all versions with appropriate changelogs. Hopefully they will appear for every minor version (bump to the second number in version string).
