New version of Gallifreyan Scribe!

This time, the application changes more than last time (when single inconsistency with Sherman’s Gallifreyan design document was fixed) - I have added some new features, that may be quite useful. All of them are somehow connected with exporting and saving your work:

Changelog

• Add ability to export as Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg)
• Add ability to create new, blank project in editor - but be aware, that this will erase all unsaved work!
• Add ability to save gallifreyan project to file (doesn’t work in the web version)
• Add ability to load saved gallifreyan project from file (doesn’t work in the web version)
